Classes

I am currently running an indoor circuit style class on a Friday night, 7:15pm at Walthamstow Hall Senior School Fitness Suite. All fitness levels can attend as each exercise can be adapted.

Booking is essential and the cost is £6 per person. Please contact me on 07803 602683  to be placed on the WhatsApp booking group.
