I've been having personal training sessions for a couple of months and cannot recommend Ness enough! Ness is helping me train for a half marathon at the end of Feb and designs a personalised fitness plan which she sends to me every Sunday for the week ahead.

She is patient, organised, kind & encouraging.

She has also tailored my sessions around an injury  and helped with rehab too.

I am a lot fitter than I was a couple of months ago and feel like I'm going into 2022 with more energy and positivity.

I highly recommend- I am a working mum, with a busy job, so am time poor. Ness comes to my house so that I can fit the session into my week.

 I started with Ness in December for personal training. I wanted to work on my fitness and flexibility. I am really enjoying it - Ness works me hard, but am feeling fitter and more flexible already. The routines are varied but not over complicated. I find I look forward to this little bit of “me” time and can already feel the results.
